Micromax has listed a new Canvas series smartphone on its website, the Canvas Amaze 4G. As the name suggests the phone comes with 4G LTE connectivity that supports Cat. 4, that offers download speed of up to 150Mbps and upload speed of up to 50Mbps.
As for the specs, the Micromax Canvas Amaze 4G comes with 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display with corning Gorilla Glass protection and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor, paired with 1GB RAM. On-board storage is 8GB, further expandable via microSD card up to 32GB.
For photography, there is8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front facing snapper. Apart from 4G LTE, there is support for dual SIM, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS/A-GPS connectivity. It is backed by 2230mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 160 hours of standby time and up to 7 hours of talk-time.
